Cancellation & Refund Policy

All a la carte and package bookings are considered final. To reschedule or cancel a session, you must emailjason@soarscholars.com 24 hours before session time. Once confirmed, your account will be granted a session credit, to be used within 30 days. Any requests made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for credit and will result in forfeiture of the session.
